Aquatal Group ltd has signed an agreement with Café Espresso Italy (a subsidiary of Eden Springs BV) in which Aquatal's Israeli operations will be merged into new JV company. Aquatal Group Ltd will be a stakeholder and a major supplier of the Israeli JV. The Group will continue to invest resources in R&D and expanding its operations and subsidiaries globally.
